By using our Website our services, or both, you must read and accept all the terms and conditions ("T&C"). By using the Website and accepting the T&C, you agree to everything in the T&C and it is as though you have read this T&C. 2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Website is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa and governed by South African law and, subject to the ‘Disputes’ clause of these T&C, you and regpx submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg.

You allow regpx to take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity and security of the Website and back-office applications.  

5. Changes to Agreement

regpx may change these T&C or any part thereof at any time and will endeavour to notify you via the website of any material changes. If you do not agree with any amendments to the T&C, you cannot use the Website.  

6. Disputes

All disputes between regpx and you (except for urgent or interim relief which may be granted by a competent court) arising out of these T&C; shall be submitted to arbitration in terms of the expedited rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa.

8. ​Term and Termination  

These T&C apply from the date on which they are published on the Website and continue indefinitely, as amended by regpx from time to time. If the Website is no longer operational, the T&C will terminate. regpx reserves the right to terminate these T&C and/or shut down the Website at any time.

Any and all copyright subsisting in the Website, including these T&C, vests in regpx and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.    

regpx does not accept any liability for illegal, defamatory or obscene content. Please report any content that may be offensive or illegal to regpx.

12. Payment Methods

All payments to us made must be made in the following ways as set out below:  

12 .1.  Credit card payments:      

• regpx may carry out certain fraud checks with the cardholder or the cardholder’s bank. Only payments where the validity of the transaction can be verified will be processed. ​regpx is not the one collecting, storing or otherwise processing your credit card details. Instead it is PayFast, a Payment Card Industry (“PCI”) compliant payment service provider.   
• If you chose to have your credit card information stored you will be contracting with PayFast who have their own standard terms and conditions applicable to the storage of your information.    

If you chose to have your credit card information stored you will also be agreeing that ​regpx may disclose by means of a link between the Website and the systems of PayFast to PayFast, some of your information so that PayFast may effectively store your information in accordance with their standard terms and conditions.  

12 .2.  Bank deposits and Electronic Funds Transfer:      

If you select to pay via this method, you must follow all instructions provided to you and ensure that:  

• The exact amount must be paid;   
• The payment must be identified by supplying the order number and surname in the reference section of the deposit slip or on the electronic transfer;     
• No transfers may be made from ATM’s;   
  
• Cheque deposits are subject to a clearing period;  
  
• No bank deposits are accepted from outside the borders of South Africa; and  
  
• Your order will be cancelled if the amount due is not paid within 5 business days.
